Order Questions

We understand that mistakes can happen during the excitement of ordering. If your order has not yet been fulfilled for shipment, we can make the following changes:

Swap the color or size of an item/items

Update your shipping address

Cancel the order

Apply a discount code to your order

Product Questions

We're always working hard to restock our items that are out of stock. We recommend heading over to your favorite product and selecting the 'notify me' button; we'll reach back out to you as soon as the item is back in stock.

Please note that a lot of our prodcuts are limited editions; therefore, once they're gone, they're gone.

Shipping

Once your order passed, we take 1-2 business days to it and then the delivery time will depend on the shipping option you chose, your location and the season of the year (busy commercial season as black friday, christmas or sales can impact the delivery time) 
 
For standard shipping allow 3-5 business days.
For service points delivery allow 4-7 business days.

The Regiment can only dispatch orders on working days, which are Monday to Friday, please take this into account when calculating shipping days.

We kindly request that you allow for a minimum of 2 business days after the carrier marks the package as delivered before proceeding, as it frequently arrives within this timeframe.
