Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided it meets the following conditions:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, and scent-free.

• It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

• Please try on clothing without makeup to avoid stains.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Last Chance items (final sale, no returns or exchanges).

• Gift cards and digital training programs.

• Purchases made through third-party retailers (contact them directly for returns).

Return Process & Shipping Costs

• Ensure your return is well-packaged to avoid damage in transit.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost or damaged packages.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error or if you prefer a voucher over a refund.

Refunds & Processing Time

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

• You may also choose to receive a voucher of the same value including the original shipping cost instead of a monetary refund.

• If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please:

  • Check with your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible. If you need a different size or colour of an item, then we kindly ask you to return your item and to place a new order.
